Audit Trail
Track and review changes to records across the platform with a detailed audit log.
The audit trail provides a complete log of changes made to records across the platform. Every create, update, and delete action is recorded with details about who made the change, what changed, and when.
Accessing the Audit Trail
Go to Admin → Audit Trail. The audit trail is available to organization owners, organization admins, and system admins.
What Is Tracked
The following record types are tracked:

Sensitive fields such as API keys, secrets, and encryption keys are excluded from the audit trail.
Viewing Changes
Each entry in the audit trail shows:
- Event type — Created (green), Updated (yellow), or Deleted (red)
- User — The email of the user who made the change, or "System" for automated changes
- Item — The name and type of the affected record, with a link to view it (except for deleted records)
- Timestamp — When the change was made
Click on any entry to expand it and see the field-level changes with before and after values. Updated fields are shown as a visual diff highlighting what was added or removed.
Filtering
Use the controls at the top of the page to narrow down the audit trail:
- Search — Full-text search across user email, event type, item name, item type, and item ID
- Event type — Filter by Created, Updated, or Deleted events
- Date range — Filter by start and end date
